Betty Unterberger, A&M Trailblazer dies

Betty Unterberger, who in 1968 became Texas A&M’s first woman to make full professor at the once-all-male university, died peacefully Tuesday at the age of 89 at her College Station home. She was recognized by the WFSN in 2008 in the ”Aggie Women Firsts.” Her story appears in the Eagle today.
