Requirements for Mentors

• Be a current member of the WFSN.
• Participate in the full mentoring term.
• Be willing to communicate with their mentee regulary, according to the schedule the mentor and mentee develop together.
• Be willing to share knowledge, network and information with mentee.
• Be willing to complete two satisfaction surveys during the course of the mentoring term.
